3. We always send the item with a tracking number. So You can always track the delivery status.

4. Shipping is available to the address registered. If you want us to send to another address, please change your address and then place an order.

5. Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
